Project located in Vernon, NY. Owner’s representative to renovate and new facility that is three times the size of the existing facility. Responsible for quality and cost of the project with close daily management. Guided the development of the facility layout, input to change order requests by presenting alternatives and check estimates, managed various owner driven extras, worked to develop equipment modifications to create multi-purpose functionality. Brought grant monies to the project to increase electrical power and distribution and in doing so saved the company LPP's fees on the project.
