Long House Holdings
Redevelopment of a 460,000 sq ft defunct textile mill in Cobleskill, NY to become a multi-tenant use facility. Completed Phase II Environmental Audit, Site Plan Review, Planning Board Reviews, initiated Start-Up NY listing for the site through SUNY Cobleskill and modified local ordinance to create a mall type permitting process to greatly reduce the amount of time needed for a new business to start operations in the facility.
