What We Do

Many businesses have a need for technical multi-skilled individual(s) to bring important projects to life.  A single project or a series of projects will often create a spike in workload where it is not economical to add a full-time, highly skilled individual to the staff.  LPP Management fills the need without burdening the organization with a long term commitment.  LPP will create a multi-talented organization within one contract creating a single point of responsibility to complete many complex tasks.

John Lorence is the owner advocate in all matters.  He has managed over 100 projects ranging to the tens of millions.  He was employed as project manager by Corning Inc. for 5 years, P&G Pharma for 17 years and has been owner and president of LPP Management for over 15 years. He pre-qualifies all bidders analzying capacity and capability to perform.

Our organization becomes an exact fit to the needs of the client without carrying costs of non-essential personnel.  Experts are brought in from various regions to address the client's needs while single point responsibility and communications remain within LPP.
