John Lorence is the owner advocate in all matters. He has managed over 100 projects ranging to the tens of millions. He was employed as project manager by Corning Inc. for 5 years, P&G Pharma for 17 years and has been owner and president of LPP Management for over 15 years. He pre-qualifies all bidders analzying capacity and capability to perform.
Our organization becomes an exact fit to the needs of the client without carrying costs of non-essential personnel. Experts are brought in from various regions to address the client's needs while single point responsibility and communications remain within LPP.

Extensive project management experience, large and small projects including business development and property development. Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor, Brewery and Dairy Process and equipment and process start-up experience. Along with knowledge of pharmaceutical product development stream from molecule to market. John also has working knowledge of cGMPs and a strong ability to work with in a team environment from project concept including design, build start-up, debug and SOP’s, protocol generation for validation. Lastly has MEP designed for car dealerships and office complexes.
