MHE Coordinator, Blue Rock Construction, Inc Amazon – Amberjack JFK8 Project - Staten Island, NY
A 2.4m Sq Ft Amazon Fulfillment Centre Interface and coordination of Amazon’s Material Handling Equipment Contractors with BRCI for the Core and TI buildouts. Responsible for the coordination and supervision of the BMS, Site Security, and Telecom contractor’s systems installation and initiated start-up/commissioning. Coordination of the mechanical and associated electrical systems for commissioning agent to complete systems close-out.

PM / Owner’s Representative - Systems Set to Work/Start-Up Coordinator, Amec Foster Wheeler Baxter Bioscience – Program Covington

Responsible for the coordination, the technical scope and the implementation of Utility, HVAC and MEP Systems Set to Work/Start-Up activities. Assist with the development of SOPs between the CM, Baxter, Engineering and AE Team, assist in the coordination of utility activation from CUB/ Spine, coordinate all BAS and PCS required interface and participate in formal Set to Work/Start-Up activities within the 180,000 SF pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Building 25 - Build-out support basis are for the 15,000L & 3,750L scale Gerber “clipped” process and the secondary 3,750L scale BIIB platform products. This process consists of chromatography, viral filtration, and UF/DF operations. Modifications and equipment installation are limited to the Spring 2015 Shut Down related activities with the intent that final fit-ups can be completed without impact to ongoing operations during a future, non-shutdown period.
